The students on the University of Waterloo campus constantly have to deal with bad quality food and service! Something must be done.

Why can we not use deals on campus? Why can we not collect points? Why is everything controlled by UW Food Services? Why provide a SPC card that we cannot use on campus at the places we visit the most?

The university’s ownership negatively impacts the quality of the food and service you get as well as increases the price. 

We are all trying to save money and eat well, why must it be a sacrifice for the convenience of eating on campus?

Alternatively, want ownership? 

Give us our own point/couponing system. Train employees better to keep up with the influx of students and minimize errors. Increase the quality of items and remain consistent. Be more transparent, do not substitute without informing. Give compensation when standards are not met.
