FMCSA was created back in 2000 and was created to help with safety on our roads. The visas from the most dangerous countries around the world have increased to insane numbers and those drivers are the biggest problem for many reasons. FMCSA HAS FAILED! The board members of the FMCSA have never been an over the road truck driver so therefore they have no idea what the day in and day out is and their policies have actually caused more safety issues and made America's roads more dangerous. You can't have a farmer perform brain surgery why would you have someone who doesn't do true trucking around this country, run the FMCSA? THIS IS COMMON SENSE.

The FMCSA needs to hire experienced truck drivers to ever be taken serious as well as consistently have meetings with truckers that are currently in the industry working so they understand the changes happening from year to year. Otherwise, abolish the FMCSA. 

All these policies and regulations is out of control. I never had one trucker in my family or in my circle of friends. I work hard being a woman entering into this industry to pass my CDL and get my hazmat, tanker and TWIK endorsements and clearance. I had zero clue until I became a trucker all the problems in trucking that could easily be resolved if a trucker was in charge at the FMCSA as well as President Trump have a meeting with truckers to fully understand the issues. 

Please sign this petition to take a stance against the FMCSA for many countless reasons but also to send a message that a EXPERIENCED TRUCKER that has work over the road be in this position.
