Abolish the Federal Reserve

Abolish the Federal Reserve
The Issue
The dollar loses value with every new print run of the Federal Reserve, making it increasingly difficult for everyday Americans to prosper. For many, the ever-declining value of the dollar has meant a gradual erosion of financial security, hindering the ability to save, invest, or even meet day-to-day expenses. With the cost of living consistently on the rise and wages stagnating as the national debt rises to now over 37 trillion, the American people are suffering.
Established in 1913, the Federal Reserve was supposed to stabilize the banking system and prevent economic depressions. Yet, over the years, its policies have often sparked inflation, devalued savings, and contributed to significant financial crises.
An abolition of the Federal Reserve means a return to a truly free market system. Without the concentrated power of a central bank, financial markets would flourish and opportunities for everyday Americans would widen dramatically.
Only a handful of nationally elected officials have had the courage to write legislation calling to end the federal reserve, always with far too little support from a largely cowardly or complicit Congress. Clearly the only way to stop the injustice of centralized banking will have to come from We the People exercising our right of nullification as described in the Declaration of Independence. We the People have far more power than we realize, and we must exercise this power to reconstitute individual liberty from the bottom-up, because no one is going to give it to us from the top-down.
Let's work towards a future where currency represents power for every individual, not just the political and financial elite. This petition may "only" represent the the opinion Americans, it will serve as an indication We the People are aware of the parasitic tyranny of centralized banking and will no longer tolerate it. Sign this petition to call an End to the Fed!
