New York City: Following the U.S. District Court’s dismissal decision on 07/10/2017, we have undertaken a number of steps to file appeal with the U.S Court of Appeals. The Second Circuit Court will assign a 3-judge panel to review this case and hold a court hearing for oral argument in the week of 04/30/2018.
