Abolish Laws, Statutes, and Ordinances Without Victim Impact

Abolish Laws, Statutes, and Ordinances Without Victim Impact
The Issue
As an American, the perceived overreach of government in enforcing laws, rules, and regulations has always felt personal to me--and I believe all Americans should feel the same way. The Constitution, our supreme law, is built around the idea of common law: no victim, no complaint, no injured party, no crime. Yet, countless people are incarcerated daily under the umbrella of victimless crimes. Who really takes offense to others speeding when no harm was done, or not wearing a seat belt when they're the ones at risk?
According to the Prison Policy Initiative in 2019, over 600,000 people are in local jails—approximately three quarters of them haven't been convicted of a crime. The majority are there for offenses that include minor violations such as traffic, property, drug, and public order offenses where there are no victims.
Our proposal is simple: abolish all non-victim crimes, statutes, codes, and ordinances. No individual should face penalties, arrests, or invasion of privacy. In essence, if there's no victim, no complaint, no injured party, no damage, then there should be no penalties, no arrest, and no government overreach.
We stand for the rights protected under the Constitution and call for an end to the criminalization of victimless offenses. If you too believe in upholding true justice, join us. Take a stand against victimless crimes and sign the petition today.
Over the last year and a 1/2 too many times the count. I've been victim to victimless "crimes". I've had pretty much everything. I've gained in life or held in life since childhood taken from me. Air looms from family members passed relics from early childhood.
Things I'll never be able to get back. My rights have been trampled over and treated as if they're meaningless.
And I know I'm not alone together We can rise for they wanted to divide to watch this fall.. We cannot give in and let them continue to treat us the way they have with the people hold the power, not the government, not the corporat, is not a government would treat its people. It's citizens in the way that this they treat us.
We must come together. We must be the change. We must enforce these things. No one else is going to do it for us. This is our country, our home, our place that we're raising children. The future of our children our grandchildren our land our freedom Why don't they teach us these things in school? Why don't we learn more about our rights about the bill of rights about the Constitution about the way that the America became One nation under god Our forefathers Knew this day would come and it is here. We must not let this tyrannical. Government corporation bunch of actors continue to run this country in the dirt to continue to treat us. As slavery never ended, open your eyes. It's in front of us right now. Today, while they sit in these offices, breaking in millions of dollars doing what taking our freedoms and our liberties away. I'm done with it and you should be too. It's time to take it all back. I don't know where it goes from here. But I know this is a great start. It will be a part of it.Don't fight it let's rise together and end the divide
