We are initiating this petition on behalf of ordinary homeowners who have been subjected to the unjust and biased practices of our Homeowners Association (HOA). Far too many of us have experienced delays, denials, and double standards—taking months just to get permission for a simple fence, while being outright prohibited from installing solar panels to reduce energy costs and support sustainability.

These aren't isolated incidents—they’re part of a pattern where certain homeowners are targeted or unfairly penalized, while others seem to bypass the same rules entirely. This selective enforcement fosters division, frustration, and distrust in a place we all want to call home.

To make matters worse, HOA meetings—where decisions that impact all of us are made—aren’t even accessible to most of the neighborhood. Whether it's scheduling or poor communication, many residents are left out of the process entirely, with no real opportunity to voice concerns or stay informed.

Every homeowner deserves to live in a community governed by fairness, transparency, and consistency—not one ruled by personal bias or outdated restrictions. It's time to put an end to the HOA’s unfair practices and push for a system that values equity, accessibility, and respect for our rights as property owners.
