Ontario Catholic School Boards (OCSBs) need to go! Here are 3 reasons why:

1) Absorbing OCSBs into the public education system will save taxpayers an estimated 1.59 BILLION/YEAR!

2) According to Canada Census 2021, only 26% of Ontario identifies as Catholic, meaning 74% of us are not Catholic!

3) Catholic schools can be non-inclusive and dangerous environments for the LGBTQ2S+ community. Catholic doctrine is fundamentally anti-gay, teaching children to be homophobic.

Change has already started! Ontario has taken the first step to abolish OCSBs in 2023 with Section 195.1 of Bill 98, which gives the Ontario Education Minister power to direct OCSBs to share school sites and other property. 

IF WE ALL PUSH NOW, CHANGE IS IMMINENT!
