As a concerned citizen deeply invested in the future of our country, I want freedom for Canadians. This is why I'm urging you to support this petition to abolish Bill C-9, along with any other controlling bills that threaten the liberties we hold dear. Our government is creating legislation that eerily echoes the oppressive governance found in countries such as China, where individual freedoms are severely restricted.

Bill C-9 and similarminded legislation are steps toward a more authoritarian regime that seeks to dictate and micromanage the lives of everyday Canadians. These bills could potentially undermine our rights to free speech, free assembly, and even the right to protest against our own government. As someone who cherishes these freedoms, I'm worried about the path these legislative actions are setting us upon us. 

ironically enough with the UK’s current state of, people being ripped out of their homes due to what is said online. It is only a matter of time before the same is here and that is terrifying. The irony is Mark Carney lived in the UK and not only lived but was a huge part of the financial crisis’s seen there. 

We need to take a stand before it's too late. The Canadian Constitution guarantees certain rights and freedoms, and these should not be so easily overridden by bills like C-9. We must demand accountability and transparency from our government officials to ensure that our liberties are not sacrificed under the guise of governance.
