Update on Our Situation, My Condition, and Responses from Decision Makers

I apologize for taking so long to update everyone. Even though I am learning how to better deal with this horrible situation, my condition and wellbeing since having Sora taken away from me has not improved and in some ways has worsened. I am getting the medical and mental health attention I need, so I am in no danger and I am being treated well.

But my condition makes doing regular things extremely difficult. I have been talking to a number of people, but I could never find the energy to do much else. I have been going back and forth with many people in Ireland and in Japan about what has happened and what I need help with. It is very slow going, but a precious few people are actively talking to me and helping me.

The Office of the President of Ireland has responded to my open letter. It's not a good response, but it demonstrates that I am being listened to. The jest of the response is that despite Catherine Connolly holding the title "Keeper of the Irish Constitution" her office claims she has no jurisdiction in matter of constitutional violations. I intend to respond with a request for clarification of why the person who is in charge of having the Irish Constitution upheld feels powerless to weigh in on this situation. I will post her office's response to the original letter and my reply in a future update.

I will also post additional open letters to the judges involved in this case because I believe it is important that the people of Ireland know what was done, how it was done, and how I was unprofessionally treated during the hearings. Treatment that is a matter of Court record as there were things said to me and about me while court was in session that I believe a respectable judge should not say let alone believe and allow such feeling to weigh on a judgement.

A Leave of Appeal has been filed with the Supreme Court, however I am still without proper legal representation. Additional updates will be posted with more information to clarify the severity of this situation and the problems that we are facing, and the main page of this petition will be overhauled to better explain everything as it was written when I was still in a state of shock.
