Change the Ethiopian constitution which divides us along ethnic lines
The Issue
Petition
Today, the major problems Ethiopia as a nation facing are as follows:
1. Addis Ababa Case
2. Regional boundary issue
3. Displacement of citizens
The very source of our problem is what we Ethiopians have been told and baptized for the last 27 years, which is ethnicity. Tigray has its own distinctive values, just as no one can dictate to Tigre a different identity, so it is clear that Welqayt and Raya can not change their identity to ethnic Tigre by mere proclamation or narrative issue. So it is clear that Kemise and Kimant can not change their identity to ethnic Amhara by proclamation or narrative issue. The greatest challenge for this problem is the Federal Constitution which divides the regional governments along ethnic lines.
We Petitioners, listed below, believe that Ethiopia, as a country, can solve the problems listed above if we only apply the Layman States Solutions, @Laymansolution. The first visible result is the deterioration of this inflated ethnicity.
Therefore, we would like to submit our petition to the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Dr. Abiy Ahmed, #PMOEthiopia, @PMEthiopia to consider our petition and change the country's most biased document, the constitution. And to incorporate the Layman States Solution #Laymansolution, in to the new constitution.

ዛሬ ላይ ኢትዮጵያ ላሉባት ችገሮች ሁሉ ምክንያቱ ላለፉት 27 ዓመታት ተምረን የተጠመቅነው ብሔርተኝነት ነው። ትግሬ የራሱ የሆኑ የሚለዩት እሴቶች አሉት፡ ማንም ሰው ከመሬት ተነስቶ ትግሬን ትግሬ አይደለህም ሊለው እንደማይችለው ሁሉ: ወልቃይት እና ራያን በአዋጅ እና በነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ትግሬ ማድረግ እንደማይቻል ግልፅ ነው። ቅማንትን እና ከሚሴን በአዋጅ እና በነጋሪት ጋዜጣ አማራ ማድረግ እንደማይቻል ግልፅ ነው። ሶማሌውን በድምጽ ብልጫ ኦሮሞ ወይም ኦሮሞውን በአዋጅ እና በነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ሶማሌ ማድረግ እንደማይቻል ግልፅ ነው። ይህንን ችግር ያመጣብን ከፍተኛው ፈታኝ ሁኔታ የክልል መንግሥታትን በጎሳ መስመሮች የሚከፋፍለው የፌዴራል ሕገመንግሥቱ ነው። ይቀየርልን።
