As attorneys or judges who are retired or currently licensed to practice law in Minnesota, we have sworn to support the Constitution of the United States and that of the state of Minnesota, and to conduct ourselves as attorneys and counselors at law in an upright and courteous manner, to the best of our learning and ability, with all good fidelity as well to the court as to the client, and use no falsehood or deceit, nor delay any person's cause for lucre or malice. 

To honor this oath, we call for the preservation of evidence and independent, fair, and lawful investigations of the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.  We call on all members of the federal, state, and local governments and our federal and state courts to honor the Constitution, due process, and the rule of law.
