Yes, she has severe challenging behaviours on times, but she also is entitled to a normal life, and being at home and in the community with us 96 times since 9.9.13, enjoying herself, surely should count for something. Why lock her up 4 hours away, when she can manage so well. Work on the positives and not the negatives. She deserves that chance, and definitely closer to home, in the community she knows and loves.
