Thank you all. Xxxxx
Nov 10, 2014 — This afternoon, 10.11.14, Claire had the news she has been desperate for. Her mental health section has been removed, and she is staying at home with us, having support until her new placement is sorted.
She is so so pleased, and we are all over the moon.
It's been hell for 3 months since she was sent to Brighton, and has been a long roller coaster of a ride.
There is still a lot of sorting out to do re support for her, a new placement, and other things. BUT......the relief is overwhelming.
May we thank you all for supporting us, and we are so proud of the fact that people cared so much about the fact our family was ripped apart and our poor beloved daughter was sent 5 hours, 230 miles away from us without so much of s goodbye.
We wouldn't wish the pain and hurt that we have suffered on any other family, and still can't understand how it could have happened. Claire is autistic, and has suffered enough in her 20 years.
Thanks to all. If you wish to keep in touch, we have email, and Facebook.
Are going to keep this open for a few days, and then speak with change.org
