It has come to light that Jimmy Kimmel has used derogatory words and imitation towards black people. He has been recorded using the "N" word (a contemptuous term for a black or dark-skinned person) and painted himself to portray a black person.

As it stands, Jimmy Kimmel has been given a free pass because he is "sorry" and did not know his actions would offend everyone. Jimmy Kimmel has previously pushed for other people to be targeted for using the exact same language and/or portrayal of black people. Those that were targeted were not allowed to apologize, they were harassed and some were fired from their jobs. But Jimmy Kimmel is not subject to the same consequences that he demanded of other people.

This petition is for ABC Television Network to immediately cease airing the Jimmy Kimmel Live! show and to remove all of his shows, sound bites, video clips and any other material in regards to the show from their programming line and internet service provider. ABC Television Network's refusal only proves that they condone Jimmy Kimmel's behavior and willfully turn a blind eye to his racial bias. It also proves the glaring hypocrisy of racial bias in this "woke" atmosphere as it pertains to anyone that is exempt from scrutiny because of their political affiliation/ideology.
