From around the world people came to Central Park in New York to visit Aaliyah's Weeping Willow Tree and left things for her, before the hurricane took it down. My suggestion would be to get a statue of Aaliyah in Central Park where her tree used to stand, and to get a garden planted with her favorite flowers/roses around the statue. Also, if possible a bench so fans can sit and stay for awhile and leave things for her. And it reads "Dedicated to the angel Aaliyah, from her loving and devoted family and fans." or something like that
