AACPS board put out a survey asking parents about changing school start time.  Overwhelmingly the parents did not want this change!  But as AACPS school board usually does, it went against the parents!  We the parents of our children have the last say in what happens with our schools!  Not some people on the board who either don’t have kids or don’t have kids in public schools!  
     How does this change help our future young adults?  How does this prepare our children for the next stage in life?  How does this help with some parents after school daycare with older siblings?  Why was this even an issue for the board to try and change now?  Why do the surveys in the first place?

     It’s time to take back control of our schools now!
