 My name is Angela Huggins, I am reaching out to you on the behalf of my fiance' Kiniski Francis, I wanted to seize the opportunity to get you acquainted with Kiniski Francis an African American teen at the time was convicted of armed robbery in Madison County Mississippi, upon conviction, Kiniski Francis was 15 years of age, an offender with no prior criminal behavior. Barely in high school, Kiniski Francis is sentenced to 50 years with 25 suspended, as a juvenile, he has been thrown away, has lost both mother and father since incarceration. Kiniski Francis is more than an MDOC number, he is a brother, a son, a cousin, a nephew, an uncle, A fiance'. Kiniski Francis has served over 90% of his time, 20 years straight I am seeking to exhaust every Remedy that is possible to help aid me in getting my fiance' paroled out or Released he has served 20 years of his time and he does not have a violent history within his period of time being served within Mdoc.
