Marvin will be  submitting his commutation application to the office of the Governor Gavin Newson  of California,
Marvin will ask Governor Newson for
the right to a reduction of his prison sentence,
and the opportunity to go before the Parole
Board to demonstrate his growth, insight, and
accomplishments* while imprisoned
