Second chance for the permanently banned. 
We believe that everyone needs a second chance to be readmitted to the game with which, for a fun and, at the same time, stupid thing, we have used programs to gain advantages. 
Under any constitution someone who has committed a crime has the right to have a second chance, and not to be sentenced to life for an action done long ago. We propose a system within which bans can have a limited duration, and not permanent, only for homocide could one run the risk of having a life sentence. I remember that we are in a virtual world, there is nothing criminal. I would just like to ensure that all those banned can be reevaluated for the people who, with the passage of time, have certainly become more mature and more aware of the mistakes made in the past, at a young age. Obviously we only propose a second possibility, just to make the person understand, without damning them for life, that they are behaving incorrectly, given that we live in a democratic world, and I hope that the publishing houses think so too, given that they do a lot of propaganda about the 'inclusivity; be consistent.
