No parent should have to wait this long … 4 years and 4 days

All governments, not just Queensland, should have a law, a process, which ensures parents are automatically entitled to receive all information, if they request it, regarding the death of their child.

It causes unnecessary, avoidable, accumulative trauma (entirely separate to grief) for a parent waiting a prolonged period for ‘closure’.
