Thank you to each and every person who has taken the time to sign this Petition.

It is now 4 years and 4 months of life without Sam, Samuel Eamon Palm.

I no longer have the strength and resilience I still had when I created this Petition last year.

I have today replied to a response from the Queensland Police Service “Right to Information & Privacy” to my application to them 4 October 2022.  I truly don’t understand their reply (14 April 2023) but apparently a decision is made 25 business days after the date of application.  Thus because my application was on 4 October 2022, and my application did not comply with all relevant application requirements during the processing period, my application is invalid.  And once an application is deemed invalid, that is it.
