I know that many of you have different beliefs about so many things going on right now, but this should not be one of them. I believe that this is something that ALL Americans stand for. We need national standards for lockdown alarms in this nation and it must start with our public schools. We have 140,000 public schools in this nation and we were able to retrofit them ALL with fire alarms and fire suppression systems built to a national fire code. We need a national code for lockdown alarm systems and the infrastructure to follow. We need lockdown alarms. Let’s work together and make this happen. Thank you.
