We, the undersigned, petition Her Excellency Samantha Mostyn, AC, governor-general of the Commonwealth of Australia, to grant a pre-emptive federal pardon to Ben Roberts-Smith VC MG concerning any violations that may have occurred during his tour of Afghanistan so that our most decorated living soldier can live the rest of his life without fear of prosecution for his service to the nation.
