Brett’s legal team recently informed us that they are currently updating his memo of law — a critical legal document that explains why Brett deserves post-conviction relief. This update will include recent decisions from the United States Supreme Court that directly support the arguments in Brett’s case.

These rulings show a growing recognition of serious legal errors in cases like his. In some of those cases, convictions have been overturned or sent back for retrial. This brings new hope and significantly strengthens Brett’s position.
