In the early 90’s Ted Turner and his team created a television series for children. This series taught children and young adults about the environment and inspired them to take active measures to look after the earth. The series was Captain Planet and the Planeteers.  Many of our eco/environmentally friendly activists living in the world today grew up watching Captain Planet and learnt how to reduce, reuse, and recycle from the show. Today more than ever as we face a growing environmental crisis, we need to use whatever means are available to us to inspire all generations to look after the environment. For this reason we believe it is time to reboot/remake/renew the series Captain Planet and the Planeteers. This medium will allow younger audiences to learn about the environment and what they can do to reduce their carbon footprint in this amazing the world.
