For thousands of years, humanity has looked toward the skies and asked one of the greatest questions of all:

My Personal View
I personally believe that humanity may already be closer to contact than most people realize.

Based on the information, testimonies, reports, and unexplained phenomena that I have followed, I believe it is possible that advanced non-human craft may already be present near Earth, perhaps even in orbit, waiting and observing.

This is my personal belief and interpretation. It is not presented here as proven fact.

I believe that if such beings exist and are watching humanity, they may be waiting for something that governments cannot give them:

The freely expressed will of the people themselves.

Governments can make decisions.

Military organizations can make decisions.

Powerful institutions can make decisions.

But they cannot truly speak for every human being.

Only people can speak for themselves.

That is why this petition exists.

A Message From the People of Earth
Every person who signs is making their own individual choice.

We do not claim to speak for everyone on Earth.

We respect the fact that many people may not believe in extraterrestrial life or non-human intelligence. Others may be uncertain. Some may simply be curious.
