The Brookline Public School teachers and para-professionals have been working without a long-term contract for a year and a half. These teachers and para-professionals care deeply about the education and welfare of our children and we want them to be fairly compensated for their hard work, supported to do their best work and we do not want them to be over-burdened by administrative tasks, meetings and paperwork.  As parents of Brookline K-12 students and citizens and voters in Brookline, we want you, the School Committee to IMMEDIATELY finalize a contract with the teachers.
