Email to www.globalr2p.org who recently omitted Kashmir from its map outlining the areas of concern. Their UN resolution went through without Kashmir on the list. When I asked the director why it was missing, he said he was simply monitoring it. My further challenges were shut down by Indian hackers who placed malicious code into my Twitter account causing it to fake automations. My account barred from access or continued communication.
It seems as though we may have discovered why the UN and other countries do not take any robust action for Kashmir.
I'm also advised that the Kashmir Diasporas abroad failed to register Kashmir as a conflict at the UN. We've no idea what they've been doing with their time.
We will find a way to correct this problem but in this dire state of emergency it appears there isn't much Pakistan or anyone can do given these entrenched and serious omissions. I've written to all parties who might be able to resolve this disaster.
I can only apologise to the people of Kashmir for long years of neglect by those that have represented them and those that have neglected them at the UN.

Dear Sirs
Further to my discussion on Twitter with your director, I would be grateful for copies of your risk analysis done for Indian Occupied Kashmir. I would like to know the parameters of your assessment. At this time, simply monitoring and your concern isn't enough. It is an emergency and as such it is public expectation that organisations like yourselves will do all you can to protect the lives of the Kashmiris. It is clear though that Kashmiris are set aside despite being subjected to a protracted 70 year old conflict.
I believe your omissions are negligent given the
1. Genocide Warning by Genocide Watch,
2.Communication blackout,
3. The increasing reports of serious human rights abuses ( including torture) ( with an upheld UNHRC Report
4. The evolving serious health crises ( with the high death rate of pregnant women and other acutely unwell patients).
5. Dalogue between India and Pakistan is an impossibility.
6.Kashmir is a nuclear flashpoint. In February 2019, the matter reached Defcon 4.
I am unclear as to your reasons omission of this matter but I put it to you that this negligence is placing us all under a grave threat of nuclear war. If you are unable to see the risk parameters here then you aren't doing your assessment of Kashmir correctly.
It maybe that your executive director is protecting her country ( that is India) and I would be very grateful if an unbiased non partisan assessment was done for Kashmir.
I therefore request
1. A revision of your map of countries of volatile conflict. This must include Indian Occupied Kashmir
2. An addition of Kashmir to the UN agenda https://mobile.twitter.com/MikeGyula/status/1173669377323016192
3. Further, proper unbiased non partisan assessment of Kashmir in the future
Thankyou for considering my request. I reserve the right to publish this email to 30000 petition signatories as it is important for the public to understand why Kashmir has been a neglected issue by yourselves and other parties reliant on your assessment.
Regards
Dr Rita Pal
