I am writing to you today with a heavy heart to bring to your attention a care of severe animal neglect and abuse. My neighbor's dog is suffering terribly, and I am deeply concerned for it's well being. The dog is clearly abandoned left to fend for itself without proper food, water, and shelter. This poor creature is clearly in distress, and it's suffering is heartbreaking to witness. It's sad eyes haunt me and I know I can't stand by and watch it's suffer in silence.

I have personally witnessed the dog's suffering. It constantly whispering, and appears to be in constant pain. It lacks access to clean water and food, and it's shelter he is adequate, offering no protection from the elements. The dog's condition is a clear indication severe neglect and constitutes animal cruelty.
