Resolved: Netgate has announced recent changes that limit the accessibility of their own fork of pfSense. There is much confusion as to the implications of this change for all parties involved. At this time, the community does not appear to be interested in taking any action.

I also Resolve: People in the community at large reserves it's right to start a fork pfSense CE with the intention of merging additional and/or new features back into the pfSense CE codebase.
