In 2019, the Philippines topped the list of countries threatened by climate change. The Global Peace Index notes that half of the Philippine population is highly exposed to climate hazards, including floods and tropical cyclones. Furthermore, it is also stated in the news that we have nine years left to improve the situation of our environment; if not, we will experience the irreversible effects of climate change.

As a result, I see this activity (tree planting) as something small and simple that will undoubtedly have a life-changing impact on our daily lives. This will help save our natural resources as well as people's sources of income. Therefore, in other words, doing activities like this will save humanity. Our tiny efforts can have gigantic effects.
