This petition is in opposition to the rezoning of Lutherville Station to permit housing options. The current zoning does NOT permit housing of any kind, only business development. This petition endorses new development on the site at the current zoning status , BL, Business Local. Overcrowding in the local school and the redistricting of the schools is one of many concerns, infrastructure, traffic, environmental, quality of life. 
The County Executive Johnny O, Councilman Wade Kach, and Governor Wes Moore need to hear our opposition. These officials work for us!
