Update: Momentum is Building for Caitlin’s Law
To every single person who has signed, shared, and stood behind Caitlin’s Law — thank you.
Your support is not just a number. It is a powerful voice calling for change, accountability, and protection for victims of domestic and sexual violence. Because of you, Caitlin’s story is being heard where it matters most.
We want to share an important update.
We have now met with the Shadow Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, where we had the opportunity to present Caitlin’s story and the urgent need for reform. This was a significant step forward in ensuring Caitlin’s Law is taken seriously across all sides of government.
In the coming weeks, we will be meeting with Ministers in Parliament to continue pushing for this critical change. We also have a scheduled meeting with the Hon. Jodie Harrison, where we will formally lobby for Caitlin’s Law and advocate for the protections that victims and families so desperately need.
This is progress — but we are not there yet.
We need to keep the pressure on.
If you haven’t already, please continue to share this petition. Talk about Caitlin’s Law. Help us make sure decision-makers cannot ignore this.
Together, we are turning grief into action — and action into change.
For Caitlin. For her boys. For every victim who deserves to be protected.
