💜 CAITLIN’S LAW — AN IMPORTANT UPDATE 💜

What started as a call for change in Caitlin’s name is now helping drive conversations about reform across Australia.

I have been in consultation with NSW policymakers and am now participating as a stakeholder in the draft Coroners Act amendment legislation for 2026.

This is an incredibly important step toward ensuring our laws better protect victims and their families, and that control and abuse are not allowed to continue beyond death.

But our work is no longer limited to NSW.

I have contacted the Attorneys-General across Australia, calling for similar reform to coronial and next-of-kin laws in every state.

I’m pleased to share that Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and Queensland are now reviewing my submissions, and the responses received so far have been positive and encouraging.

Caitlin’s Law began because one family experienced firsthand how devastating gaps in our laws can be. My determination has always been that another family should never have to experience the same thing.

Every signature, every share and every person who has stood beside this campaign has helped give Caitlin’s Law a voice.

Please keep signing and sharing the petition. The stronger our collective voice becomes, the harder it is for governments across Australia to ignore the need for change.

And please follow Caitlin’s Law on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for updates as we continue working toward meaningful legislative reform.

💜 For Caitlin. For victims. For the families left behind.

Control should never continue beyond life.
