A call for fair treatment of authors and support of participants in Adobe Stock

A call for fair treatment of authors and support of participants in Adobe Stock
Проблема
My name is Mark, and for the past ten years I have been proud to collaborate with Adobe as a co-author. However, this mutually beneficial relationship has recently been threatened by actions taken by Adobe. Without any warning, one evening I updated the adobe website, where this inscription appeared, indicating the sudden blocking of my account. More than a week has passed, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, I have only received automatic template responses without any real investigation or support for my case.
I want to begin by sincerely apologizing for any possible violations of the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement that may have occurred on my account. I fully acknowledge the importance of adhering to the terms of service and deeply regret any actions that led to my account's termination.
I value the opportunity to be part of the Adobe stock community and take full responsibility for any unintentional mistakes. This situation has been extremely disheartening, not only for me but also for many other contributors. Adobe have removed direct support for its contributors from their main website, replacing it with generic responses instead of meaningful help. When we need assistance we are left with survey links and no one seems to be addressing our concerns. The previously accessible communication channels managed by Matthew Smith, Mat Hayward and Diego R Gómez appear to have gone quiet, leaving us without vital support that we once relied on.
This lack of communication and support is not only frustrating, but could also be considered a violation of contributor rights and platform accountability. As contributors who provide essential content that drives Adobe Stock's success, we deserve respect and fair treatment. The changes Adobe has made to its approach undermine the trust and cooperation that once existed within the community of contributors.
Through this petition, we call on Adobe Stock to take the following actions:
- Restore full, dedicated support for contributors: Reinstate human interaction and meaningful assistance when accounts are blocked or issues arise, instead of automated responses.
- Address issues promptly and transparently: Ensure that each case is thoroughly reviewed and contributors' concerns are addressed with the seriousness they deserve.
- Stop unfair treatment of contributors by taking steps to restore trust and cooperate by acknowledging and resolving issues.
I believe in the importance of creative integrity and will ensure that all future uploads comply 100% with Adobe's policies. Adobe Stock must once again become a platform that values and supports its contributors, as we are the backbone of its success.
Please join me in demanding these changes. Sign this petition today, and together we can ensure that Adobe stock remains a platform that respect and values its contributors. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely, Mark madnessbrains@mail.ru
