A Call for Court Reform
The Issue
To this day, I have never had ONE day in court to prove my innocence against the allegation.

When I first heard the judge’s oath, I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry! My experience with the legal system, mostly as a single mom with no financial help, judges have treated as they treat the poor. They ignore evidence and distort the law in favor of wealth and privilege – always. It’s not the evidence, facts, or the law that matters. It’s who you are.
Most judges violate their oaths daily, making court reform not just necessary, but urgent. To restore trust in our legal system, which is an essential pillar of a healthy society, we must demand meaningful court reform.
Trump is not the only one who has suffered at the hands of our judiciary.
What Makes You An Expert:
What makes you an expert?” growled the arrogant female literary agent at the 2024 Santa Barbara Writers' Conference, decorated with thick makeup and speaking with a condescending tone. In that moment, I wanted to yell, "Because I am a prolific pro per!"—a term used for individuals who represent themselves in legal matters, often because they can’t afford the exorbitant fees of $400+ an hour for an attorney.
Instead, I lowered my head and remained silent, surrounded by too many consultants offering the wealthy writer services to write and publish their book. As I sat in the small wooden chair at the equally tiny plastic desk, across from this woman who seemed to relish her power, I thought of my beautiful, older sister with her jet-black hair and large black eyes, luxurious eyebrows, and creamy white complexion.
We were latchkey kids in the early 1970s, my brother, sister, and I. Our mom was a single mother who worked hard every day as a secretary for the water department of Warren, Michigan who refused welfare, only accepting subsidized housing in a middle-class neighborhood with a good public school system.
At just 14, my black Irish sister took on the role of caretaker for my brother who was 9 months older than me, and me, shouldering responsibilities far beyond her years. As my authority figure, whenever I turned to her for help, she would snap at me, declaring “Figure it out yourself.” She was so mean. But without intending, she taught me to figure things out myself.
Consequently, as a single mother living a productive life, I:
- earned a bachelors and master’s in computer engineering from the University of California of Santa Barbara (UCSB);
- earned a law degree from Concord Law school, now owned by Purdue;
- owned seven homes at different times, being a landlord to over 100 tenants over a 30-year period;
- ran a software business for 10 years after writing and winning four National Institutes of Health (NIH) Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grants for my company MedicalWorks Inc., which employed up to 20 people – programmers, graphic artists, game designers, PhD consultants.
- had a child on my own with no help
I fought numerous legal battles – learning how to navigate the court system, trying to figure it out myself.
Armed with a law degree, I sued banks and realtors, including the banksters who defrauded homeowners – mortgage fraud - the kind of mortgage fraud Kamala Harris falsely claimed to have fought against while on the campaign trail in 2024.
Representing myself, I took on dishonest real estate agents, sellers, and even Santa Barbara Child Support Services (SBCSS) when I discovered that they failed to conduct a standard property search, leaving me with only $250 for child support for 14 years – essentially no financial help to raise my child.
This $250 amount was determined right after my son was born while my son’s father’s ex-wife, Debra Mullin, was 1 of 3 attorneys working for SBCSS. Fourteen years later, when I discovered fraud, I sued them, and my monthly support increased to over $1100. But by that time my son was 16 and went to live with his dad as I promised, which ultimately was a blessing since his dad died at the young age of 72.
Then it happened, the catastrophic event that robbed me of the fruits of my labor at the age of 52.
To protect a well-connected boy, I’ll call Sam, from one day in court. To prevent me from proving my innocence regarding a minor auto accident. Judge G, damaged my career without a trial, without due process, claiming I had no evidence in the face of five settlement agreements, including my settlement with SBCSS to ruin my career for life when I couldn’t afford a $15,000 security, calling my fight for reasonable child support for the child I chose NOT to abort under difficult circumstances frivolous.
Maybe for a rich woman like Donna Geck an additional $900 a month would be considered frivolous, but for me as a single mom, it would have made my life so much easier.
Judge G is the only judge to have a Face Book page consisting of her victims. She threw my career and my ability to retire in my Mesa home in Santa Barbara down the drain with a swipe of her corrupt pen to protect what appeared to be a well-connected young boy.
In fact, her judicial fraud was so comprehensive, the court had to hide two small claims judgments from when Sam sued me and my case against SBCSS for reasonable child support from the public. The cases are hidden – not on the public court docket. – anything for the rich man.
Now, I write to speak truth to power, to heal, and to share my hard-earned knowledge to help others avoid the tricks and traps of the court system and to call for court reform in a captivating story - a partial memoir designed to give context that I am not some rich spoiled woman in court for no reason, but a woman who worked her butt off to lift herself out of the social class for which she was born, a woman who brought a son into this world on her own, a woman who earned degrees and then worked hard as an entrepreneur. …a woman who now needs to be heard.
Besides my effort for reasonable child support, the other cases Judge G called frivolous were my cases against the banksters and one from Santa Cruz, California where the opposing party’s attorney, Robert Bosso’s legal partner was married to the lead judge in Santa Cruz. Do I have to say more.
It was mostly us white middle-class women in Santa Barbara, California who were beaten to a pulp for suing the same banksters Kamala Harris falsely claimed to have helped while on the campaign trail in 2024. Not one bankster was held to any consequences by our female District Attorney.
As a result of massive mortgage fraud, the impact on society includes:
Ø Families ripped from their homes.
Ø Belongings tossed into the streets.
Ø Families living in their cars, on the streets, or in seedy motels in one room.
Ø Children going to school hungry, forced to live in unsafe neighborhoods.
Ø Children falling behind in school.
Ø Careers destroyed – like mine
Ø Suicides, attempted suicides, and violent crimes
