Now, this is my first time doing this sort of thing but I am going into this big and strong.

This petition is aimed at all you weebs around the world. Now the Fall 2015 season has long since past but one anime during that season stood out to me. It was the anime adaptation for Gakusen Toshi Asterisk, or as released, The Asterisk War. As it was released in 2015, it was not licensed until later that year with the first volume releasing two months after the end of the second season of Asterisk which debuted during the Spring 2016 season.

In my opinion, I liked it and like me, a rather overwhelming majority of fans liked it too (according to MyAnimeList, 84.9% or 150,566 votes, rated the show at 6 or above). Of course, like every other anime, there are always the devout haters but let's not go there.

Having finished the anime while it was airing, I had gone on to start reading the light novel itself and boy, oh boy, I was blown away. In fact, I was so blown away, I have done four rereads of all the available volumes out (support Volumes 9 and 10, releasing in March and June!!). Due to there being 14 volumes out already, this should be more than enough reason to start producing a third season. Why are we not receiving it?

This petition is to spread awareness that us fans outside of Japan want to see more of Yuu Miyazaki-sensei's The Asterisk War on the screen at our homes. Please take the time to drop a signature so that studios know what we want!
