8th Pay Commission of India grant every increase in e-vouchers with 90 days expiry term !

The Issue

Around 25-30% is an excellent savings rate for any employee but after the 7th Pay Commission, except in Metro cities the permanent Central Govt. staff are at most places having a savings rate of more than 50% and this extra amount is dumped in Gold and Properties with no real good for the market economy as it's not trickling down.  

8th Pay Commission will make matters worse with the extra amount doled out by Govt not coming to the market or causing economic development for all.

So it is high time that, 8th Pay Commission make every Rupee count and all of the total increase be provided in Salary Accounts with a 90 day expiry term period. So that this extra hike is consumed and not stored/stashed in economically harmful assets for the nation and our people
