(AUSTIN, TX) 4.11.2013 - I send a heartfelt thank you to all of you who signed my petition yesterday. It was critical to have your signatures in place prior to my testimony. My testimony before the Texas Senate State of Affairs Committee went well. I must admit as I approached my designated speaking place, I felt like I had a ton of bricks on my shoulders. I thought of my MaDear, and my babies especially my daughter Koquice Spencer (Quicy), and all of those who will stand to benefit from the passage of SB110.
