Information obtained under RTI from MCZMA reveals that I , Talawe Wetlands , is being destroyed to make 17 residential buildings with 1564 flats and one commercial building with 20 offices in the name of golf course by Mistry Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. The proposal by company has the audacity to claim that "The Proposed Golf Course & Country Club along with Real Estate development with the combination of mowed turf, trees and natural areas provides a diverse environment for people and wildlife.
