Another Gem from Environmental Impact assessment Report submitted by Mistry Construction for destroying these beautiful wetlands : "Most City dwellers appreciate the importance of green areas with views of grass, trees and open space , such as those provided by Golf Courses. These aesthetic values are of increasing importance to the spirit and the mental health of citizens tangled in a rapid-paced lifestyle and ever-increasing urbanisation ." This is the justification for adding 98,761/ sq meter of residential and commercial space at a cost of Rupees 425 crores .
