Cidco at it once again- destruction of Mangroves

Message sent to Coord Committee by Mr. Punshi : Mr. Gowda, Today we went to the site again in Sec 60 behind NRI. The moment JCB operator saw us he stopped dumping debris in the water. RFO Prakash Chowdhri had sent Kailash Gaikwad to inspect. We met him and he asked the contractor for documents which he could not produce except a letter from Mistry Constructions to the sub contractor to erect a wall. Mr Gaikwad has asked the contractor to call his bosses with original documents for inspection. He clearly saw mangroves being destroyed and debris dumped in water as fresh tracks of JCB were visible. He will give a report to RFO.
