In item 3 below the no development zone changed to predominantly residential without MCZMA approval or considering views of environment department as is the case for first 2 items !!!! The notification will complete one year on 5th October 2017. Let us plan something in protest so that this notification is taken back . If not taken action the Navi Mumbai will suffer the same fate as Mumbai during heavy rains.
