NYC Law Enforcement Corruption Vs Malik Hill

The Issue

New York City Law Enforcement VS Malik Hill 12/9/2019 wrongful conviction petition.

Indictment # 3895/2018

The below factual information disclose yet another unconstitutional wrongful conviction of a young and defenseless African American in NYC Harlem district and community.

The purpose of this petition is to generate enough significant signatures for the appointed Judge sentencing hearing on 1/17/2020 to know who Mr. Hill really is today and his impact in recent years on his family and community. This effort is to also have the department of appeals reconsider Mr. Malik Hill wrongful conviction dated 12/9/2019 as soon as possible.

Mr. Hill who is Young Black Man who battled poverty, crime and failing educational systems in the Harlem section of New York NY. The court case has been able to confirm that Mr. Hill has had dealings with corrupt Law Enforcement since the young age of 17 years old. He has always taken responsibility for his actions and the lack there of proper and fair proceedings within the New York Court system.

Malik Hill Decided to finally stand up against this corrupted system & take his charges to trial. This was not easy for him to do and not a common practice. His Lawyer Robert A Walters Law Office Pc was able to honorable get the main charge dismissed and was not able to defend Mr. Hill VS the unfair Juror selections and bias judgement of unlawful discrimination that resulted in  being found guilty on 2 accounts.

The case Mr. Hill was tried for was an occurrence from 2013 that was confirmed closed in 11/2014. Mr. Hill was wrongfully arrested 10 days from the unsolved case reaching the statutes of limitations at the the allegations of the documented corrupt Law Enforcement Officers.

His lawyer proved corruption, also the police officer who identified Mr. Hill had prior run-in’s with Mr. Hill’s Family members one being his older brother that resulted in the officer breaking his brothers nose & denying it, however once the officer was on the stand he would admit to the unjust treatment of the brother of Mr. Hill.

His lawyer also uncovered precinct officers Knowing of people that wanted to harm Mr. Hill. As a result it was proven the information Law Enforcement possessed was a modern day illegal bounty that was placed on his head / Murder for contract hit.

Here is a man that changed his life around with a daughter to be born in 5 months from the wrongful conviction. Along with police corruption there was only 1 black juror on this case. The only people that testified against him were confirmed corrupt police personnel.

This Petition’s is in his honor. Please post on all social media platforms. Thank you for your time and consideration. # Wrongful Convictions in NYC.
