After reading the complaints to 7-11 on their corporate forum, I realized my disappointment in the changing of 7 eleven's nacho cheese recipe is not just mine. 

The nachos at 7 eleven have been a huge part of my life ever since I was young. There would be nights I would stay up late just so I could have the leftover chilli and cheese out of my parents' late night snack. My love for the nachos has never wavered, not until I realized there is a new recipe that has stripped away everything I love about my guilty pleasure food.

The old nacho cheese was thick, creamy, and especially cheesy! It paired perfectly as the opposite to their chilli, which serves as the spice, among other ingredients you can add to your favorite dish (jalapenos, salsa, etc). The new nacho cheese is lacking in all areas. The cheese is thin and runny, is missing the full cheesy flavor, and is pointlessly infused with peppers and other spices that do not mix well with the chilli or other ingredients provided. 

I think the purpose for the recipe change was to make the nacho cheese more authentic to mexican cuisine, but let's be honest, who among us goes to the gas station for high quality food?

Between the nostalgia and the deliciousness, there is no reason this recipe should have been changed! Please join me to CHANGE THE NACHO CHEESE RECIPE BACK TO NORMAL. The 7 eleven community thanks you for your support!
