I think that we can all argue that Alexei Smirnoff, a character from the Netflix series, “Stranger Things,” suffered a very tragic death. The sad thing is, he was one of the most, if not the most wholesome character in the whole series. 

In episode six of Stranger Things, “E Pluribis Unum,” Alexei, Hopper, Joyce, and Murray are at Murray’s house. Hopper tries interrogating Alexei about what the Russians are building, but to get Alexei to crack, Hopper has to buy him a whopper and a cherry slurpee. When Hopper returns with the food, Alexei noticed that Hopper got him a strawberry slurpee, not a cherry slurpee. This slurpee was from 7/11.

That is why we should make 7/11 national Alexei day.
