Bentley is SAFE for now.

baron was able to get the paperwork submitted and they're processing it! This doesn't mean they are definitely taking the case but it does mean Bentley cannot be put down as of right now. 

This is purely a request to have Bentleys case reviewed. IF approved, Baron will be given notice and then we MUST find an attorney who takes appellate cases. They have to be a licensed attorney who can practice in Tennessee. IF ANYONE KNOWS AN ATTORNEY PLEASE REACH OUT  ask them if they'd be willing to speak to us. Do they know anyone who takes these types of cases? It's a civil case not criminal.
