UPDATE 9/11/2022

We appreciate everything everyone is doing for Bentley and for the donations. 

Over $3500 is amazing! If we can get 500 people
To just donate $20 we'd reach our total goal. And go beyond it. 
Even if 325 people can donate just $20 each that would hit our goal of $10,000. 
We realize it is A LOT of money but we desperately need it to be able to cover the legal costs. 

To date animal control alone is owed $2000 in addition to any "additional fees" they deem fit. 

I've been told that bentley has NOT physically seen a vet, but rather, they reach out to their vet and explain/describe what is going on with Bentley and provide photographs and then the vet prescribes whatever medications they feel is appropriate. Baron WILL be responsible for the vet costs in addition to animal controls fees. 

We are having an extremely difficult time finding an attorney in TN willing to take Bentley's appellate case, and it's crucial we find one immediately!! 

More phone calls will be made in the morning as (most) attorneys are not open on the weekend. 

We are asking if anyone knows a TN attorney who would be willing to take Bentleys case. 

As you can tell from here. We are attempt to raise the funds but we are not seeking pro bono services. If offered we likely wouldn't turn it down. But we ARE willing to pay. We just need to know what the retainer is! 

If you know anyone, or if you yourself are a licensed attorney in TN please reach out ASAP! We have attorneys from other states willing to help and assist you in what you would need to do. But as they are not licensed in TN they themselves CANNOT take this case. 

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!!
