BABY CALVES TORTURED TO DEATH AT AUSTRALIAN ABATTOIR, RIVERSIDE MEATS. SHEEP, PIGS & CATTLE MET THE SAME/SIMILAR FATE AT THE HANDS OF DEPRAVED SLAUGHTERMEN.

RIVERSIDE ABATTOIR CAUGHT OUT TORTURING ANIMALS  DURING SLAUGHTER & THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. WHY HASN'T THIS CRUEL ABATTOIR BEEN CLOSED DOWN ONCE & FOR ALL.

Legislation requiring all Australian slaughterhouses to install CCTV to monitor how animals are treated must be introduced.

Recent footage captured at the Riverside slaughterhouse in Echuca, Victoria, (Australia) has shocked not only Australian's, but people world-wide. What slaughtermen did to dairy calves less than a week old is barbaric. These little babies were stabbed with stunning tools, burned and their throats cut while fully conscious. Sheep suffered the same/similar fate as did cattle and pigs.

Cowardly, sadistic slaughterhouse workers were filmed using the same tools designed to ensure animals suffer less during slaughter, to torture them.

Sadly this is not the first time Riverside Meatworks in Echuca has been caught out torturing animals. In 2013 this slaughterhouse was exposed for the most deplorable treatment of bobby calves. One would think this brutality caught on camera would have been enough for the industry regulator PrimeSafe, to ensure such cruelty did not occur again at this slaughterhouse. The most recent unspeakable cruelty exposed at Riverside raises the question of how many other slaughterhouses, not just in Victoria, but all over Australia are using methods to slaughter animals in ways we expect to see used in 3rd world countries, that have no animal welfare laws.
