Jersey City residents in many areas are currently faced with street cleaning four times per week on their residential streets resulting in widespread fines as a result of this unnecessary and excessive street cleaning program whose dominant consequence is a financial burden to the citizens of Jersey City. Sign this petition to demand that Jersey City street cleaning parking ordinance § 332-31 be amended to list all streets to be cleaned twice per week instead of four times per week (in other words; once per week per street side instead of twice per week per street side) so that a clean city may be maintained without an unnecessary financial burden upon the city residents.
